Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&C) govern the contractual relationships between EasyRide VTC, represented by Aroutioun TSAKANIAN, sole proprietor (SIRET: 839 143 997 00022), with registered office located in Lyon 69000, France, hereinafter referred to as "the Service Provider", and any natural or legal person wishing to book a passenger transport service, hereinafter referred to as "the Customer".

2. Services Offered

EasyRide VTC offers private chauffeur-driven passenger transport services, including:

• Airport and train station transfers
• Business trips
• Hourly rental
• Special events
• Long-distance trips

3. Booking and Confirmation

3.1 Booking process : The Customer can make a booking via the website www.easyride-vtc.fr or by phone at 06 27 49 00 65 or by email at easyride.provtc@gmail.com.

3.2 Confirmation : Any booking is considered confirmed after validation by the Service Provider and receipt of a confirmation email by the Customer.

3.3 Required information : The Customer must provide all information necessary for the proper execution of the service (date, time, pickup and drop-off addresses, number of passengers, etc.).

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Pricing : Prices are displayed in euros including all taxes. They are calculated based on distance, type of service, and any applicable supplements.

4.2 Payment : Payment of the total amount is made directly to the driver at the end of the ride, by credit card, cash, or bank transfer.

4.3 Accepted payment methods : Credit card, cash, bank transfer.

5. Cancellation and Modification

5.1 By the Customer :

Cancellation fees apply based on time before the ride:

5.2 Modification : Any modification must be notified at least 12 hours in advance. Additional charges may apply depending on the nature of the modification.

5.3 By the Service Provider : In case of cancellation by the Service Provider (illness, breakdown, etc.), the Customer is fully refunded (100%). An alternative solution is offered if possible.

6. Responsibilities

6.1 Of the Service Provider : The Service Provider undertakes to provide a quality service, with a clean and maintained vehicle, and a professional driver. It is insured in accordance with current regulations.

6.2 Delays : The Service Provider cannot be held responsible for delays due to events beyond its control (traffic jams, accidents, weather conditions, etc.).

6.3 Of the Customer : The Customer agrees to be present at the agreed time and place. waitingTime.policy

7. Claims

Any claim must be addressed by email to easyride.provtc@gmail.com or by mail to the registered office, within 7 days following the service. The Service Provider undertakes to respond within 15 days.

8. Personal Data

Personal data collected is used only for booking management. In accordance with GDPR, the Customer has a right of access, rectification, and deletion of their data. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.

9. Applicable Law and Disputes

These T&C are subject to French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing this, French courts will have sole jurisdiction.

10. Acceptance of T&C

By making a booking, the Customer acknowledges having read these T&C and accepts them without reservation.
